| Verba™
is a hands free audio instant messenger. An internet "phone"
is another way to put it. Verba™ is a powerful tool for business,
sales, client communications, staying in contact with loved ones
all
around the world, and just having fun with friends. |

does Verba™ work? |
| To
use Verba™, to make calls anywhere in the world, requires
both parties to have an active internet connection at a speed
of 56K or higher,
the Verba™ software, and an active Verba™ account. Both
users must then add the Verba™ name to their respective phonebooks
and log into the Verba™ system. |

Verba™ calls really free? |
| Yes.
It's true, talk is cheap. The use of Verba is 100% free.
We make a small revenue to keep the Verba™ network running
through small banner advertising placed directly on the Verba™ software
itself. If you or your company is interested in a banner free
version,
please feel free to contact us. |

do I need to use Verba™? |
| To use
Verba you will need an internet connection at a speed of 56K or better,
a PC microphone headset, the free Verba™ software, an active
Verba™ account, and at least one other Verba™ user in
your phonebook. |

exactly does "push" web pages mean? |
| While
a Verba™ call is taking place, the callers can copy and paste
or type any URL or link into the "link launch" field. By
pressing enter on your keyboard the link is sent to the other caller
and the page is opened in their web browser automatically. A great
way to share updates with clients, pass on cool sites to friends,
and taking a possible customer on a "virtual" tour. |

and Verba™ network do not condone the use or integration
of ANY Spy Ware or Ad Ware. We make a small amount of revenue
through small
banners placed on the Verba™ software itself to maintain the
Verba™ network. We do not sell, rent or trade any email addresses
collected from Verba™ users. The only thing that may be sent
to your email address is information pertaining to Verba™ or
another DigitalProduce, INC. product that may be of interest, which
is covered in the Verba™ download agreement. |
